Position Summary

Proove Intelligence a division of DAC Group is looking for a forwardthinking Manager Marketing Science to join our growing team. In this role youll lead measurement strategy and performance analysis for key clients helping them unlock the full potential of their digital investments. Youll collaborate closely with media account and strategy teams to deliver clear actionable insights that drive business outcomes. While you wont need to build complex statistical models yourself youll need to understand their use cases including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) geobased experimentation and customer segmentation and be able to translate these techniques into realworld recommendations that support holistic marketing measurement. Experience with data privacy best practices customer data platforms (CDPs) and enterprise martech stacks is a strong asset.

What Youll Do

  • Design and deliver measurement frameworks that help clients connect media investment to business impact.
  • Interpret and apply results from advanced statistical models (e.g. MMM geo testing segmentation) to shape media and marketing recommendations.
  • Analyze campaign performance using various analytics and statistical tools to uncover insights and opportunities.
  • Develop dashboards reports and data visualizations to clearly communicate marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with media and analytics teams to ensure data integrity tagging accuracy and proper measurement setup across platforms.
  • Advise on data strategy and measurement design in the context of martech stacks including CDPs CRMs and CMS platforms (e.g. Dynamics Sitecore).
  • Ensure measurement strategies align with evolving data privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and client compliance standards.
  • Participate in and contribute to client presentations bringing storytelling and clarity to complex analytical findings.
  • Stay current on measurement trends privacy regulations tools and techniques to evolve our offering and thought leadership.
  • Lead or support ad hoc exploratory analysis to guide strategy budgeting or testing approaches.

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (e.g. statistics economics business analytics data science).
  • 5 years of experience in digital analytics marketing science or datadriven marketing strategy.
  • Solid understanding of measurement methodologies including attribution MMM geotesting and segmentation.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (e.g. Tealium Segment) CRM systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics) and CMS platforms (e.g. Sitecore).
  • Knowledge of privacy frameworks (e.g. GDPR CCPA) and how they impact digital tracking and measurement strategies.
  • Ability to interpret complex models and communicate implications to nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience with tools like Google Analytics Adobe Analytics Qlik Sense Tableau Snowflake and BigQuery.
  • Familiarity with SQL Python or R for data manipulation and exploratory analysis (handson modeling not .
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels including paid search social programmatic and SEO.
  • Proven ability to tell a clear story with data and contribute meaningfully to client discussions.
  • Experience in an agency consulting or fastpaced marketing environment is a strong asset.

How We Work

This role requires two inoffice days per week with three days inoffice during the threemonth orientation period. Remote work is not available for this position.

Salary at DAC is determined by various factors including but not limited to location the individuals particular combination of education knowledge skills competencies and experience as well as contractspecific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected total compensation range for this position is starting at $120000 to $140000 . The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of DACs total compensation package for employees.
