Job Description
Job Title: Senior GEB Developer
Location: Kuala Lumpur Malaysia

Domain: Banking / Financial Services (AML knowledge preferred)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior GEB Developer with deep technical expertise in Axway Managed File Transfer / Secure Transport. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing maintaining and optimizing secure and efficient file transfer solutions. This is a critical role that supports robust data movement within enterprise environments with additional responsibilities across scripting databases and server technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain solutions using Axway Managed File Transfer / Secure Transport.
- Automate operational tasks using Shell Scripting on Unix/Linux environments.
- Work with Oracle Databases 12c / 19c) including PL/SQL procedures views and indexes.
- Troubleshoot issues related to file transfers system performance and script .
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including infrastructure application support and security.
- Participate in performance tuning system upgrades and audits.
- Utilize ControlM or similar tools for batch job scheduling.
- Monitor logs and system health using tools like Splunk.
Mandatory Skills:
- Axway Managed File Transfer / Axway Secure Transport.
- Unix/Linux Shell Scripting.
- Oracle Database 12c / 19c).
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Oracle WebLogic or JBoss application servers.
- Familiarity with Apache Web Server.
- Handson experience with ControlM or equivalent scheduling tools.
- Proficient in PL/SQL (procedures views indexes).
- Exposure to log monitoring tools like Splunk.
Good to Have:
- AML (AntiMoney Laundering) functional knowledge in the banking/finance domain.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
- 6 years of relevant experience in enterprise environments.
- Strong problemsolving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
