We are looking for a proactive and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our clients dynamic team in Kuwait. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing endtoend recruitment processes ensuring timely hiring of qualified talent to meet operational needs in the oil & gas sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to define job requirements and hiring needs.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates through various channels (job boards social media recruitment agencies etc..
- Prepare and post job advertisements in alignment with company guidelines.
- Conduct initial assessments and shortlist candidates for technical and HR interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical leads.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies and labor laws.
- Maintain candidate databases and prepare regular recruitment reports.
- Support mobilization and documentation processes for selected candidates including visa and onboarding formalities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the oil & gas or energy services sector.
- Strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment database and analytics.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and visa processes in Kuwait is a plus.
