Job Description
Installation/ Erection engineer
To oversee installation of mechanical car parking systems at multiple sites.
Needs to have a good technical knowledge in electro mechanical systems.
Should be able to read and understand drawings and technical specifications and ensure work as per them.
Should be capable of applying his experience and mind and overcome any challenges that may arise on site during installation due to any errors in design or site conditions not matching specifications given in architectural drawings.
Should be good in managing subordinates.
Should be able to get teams to effectively execute their tasks as per schedule.
Should be able to ensure successful completion of projects within decided schedule and budgets.
Should be able to successfully manage subcontractors and their labour
Coordinate with production team design team and other departments to ensure work is executed continuously and smoothly at site.
Should have complete knowledge of the parking systems and their installation and should be able to ensure perfect from foundation stage to final testing and handover.
Should also be able to manage AMC and maintenance of systems post handover and be able to attend to any complaints or breakdowns along with rest of the team.
Candidates Profile;
Should have at least 35 years experience in the installation maintenance supervision of mechanical car parking systems
Should have a Diploma or Bachelors degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering
