We are currently looking for a Senior Insights Analyst that provide to all of our clients with highquality
and insightful media analysis and research. To build and maintain solid client relationships by
demonstrating strong industry knowledge.
Job Description/Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the insights and analysis function for key accounts and projects.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations based on data analysis and market trends.
- Manage and analyze large data sets to identify patterns trends and insights.
- Develop and deliver actionable insights and reports to clients.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather data and insights for client projects.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and insights.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data analysis projects.
- Define project objectives and deliverables.
- Manage project timelines and resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project .
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior analysts.
- Guide and support junior analysts in their professional development.
- Provide feedback and constructive criticism to help improve their analysis and reporting skills.
- Ensure high quality and consistent outputs from the team.
- Encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
- Suggest and implement enhancements to existing analysis frameworks.
- Stay informed about emerging tools and technologies in the field of data analysis.
- Share knowledge and best practices with the team.

- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Mass Communication
- Journalism Broadcast Communication Research Marketing Business Statistics Media or any related courses..
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in data analysis and insights role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Proficient in data analysis software and tools (e.g. Excel SQL R Python).
- Experience working with large data sets and using statistical analysis techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team.
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and industry trends.
- Detailoriented and able to deliver highquality work under tight deadlines.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in media monitoring or analysis industry.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI).
