Location: 100 remote applicable for residents of Argentina Chile or Brazil.
Job Type: FullTime (contractor positions may also be considered).
Income: Salary range is between 3k USD and 4.5k USD per month with flexibility based on experience. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed.

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced SAP CAR Senior professional to join our innovative team. This role is focused on leading the design implementation and optimization of SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR) solutions. As a crucial member of our fully remote team you will support business objectives and drive technological advancements in retail and consumer industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of SAP CAR solutions tailored to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate effectively with crossdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal integration and operation of SAP systems.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP CAR developments and incorporate best practices into project solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop effective solutions.
- Evaluate system performance to enhance the scalability and responsiveness of the SAP CAR platform.
- Provide expertlevel support and troubleshooting for complex SAP CAR issues.
- Document processes and solutions to support future projects and continuous improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with SAP CAR and cloudbased architectures.
- Demonstrated excellence in SAP CAR modules and their integration capabilities.
- Strong problemsolving skills suitable for a virtual work environment.
- Fluency in English (B2 level) with strong communication skills for effective global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and industryspecific extensions.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Prior experience working in diverse and distributed teams.
- Knowledge of cloudnative solutions and DevOps practices.
