Company: Globant.
Location: 100 remote applicable for residents of Argentina Chile or Brazil.
Job Type: FullTime (contractor positions may also be considered).
Income: Salary range is between 3k USD and 4.5k USD per month with flexibility based on experience. All applications will be thoroughly reviewed.

Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned SAP PLM Senior Consultant to join our innovative team. In this role you will be responsible for driving the deployment optimization and management of SAP PLM systems in line with business strategies. As a vital member of our fully remote team you will contribute significantly to achieving technological advancements and business objectives.
SAP PLM Senior Key Responsibilities
- Spearhead the design implementation and maintenance of SAP PLM solutions to align with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure efficient integration and operation of SAP systems.
- Remain informed about the latest SAP PLM technology trends and adapt best practices for project success.
- Develop and sustain robust relationships with stakeholders to accurately capture and meet business requirements.
- Evaluate the performance of SAP PLM solutions to guarantee scalability and productivity.
- Offer expert resolution for complex SAP PLM system challenges through advanced troubleshooting techniques.
- Document technical processes and recommendations to support ongoing projects and future innovation.
Required Qualifications for SAP PLM Senior
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years of proven experience with SAP PLM solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in SAP PLM system integration and functionality.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills conducive to a remote working environment.
- Proficiency in English (B2 level) with excellent communication skills suited for global collaboration.
Preferred Qualifications for SAP PLM Senior
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related industryspecific applications.
- Knowledge in agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Experience in working with international and multicultural teams.
- Familiarity with cloud computing technologies and DevOps practices.
