Tasks
As a Gas Dispatching Specialist (m/f/d) you will support the commercial team with operational and administrative dispatching tasks including:
- Coordinating and monitoring daily gas dispatching activities from FSRU to the grid
- Tracking gas nominations and ensuring alignment with delivery schedules
- Monitoring gas flows pressure levels and inventory balances in coordination with technical teams
- Communicating with terminal users ship operators and grid operators to ensure smooth logistics and accurate scheduling
- Maintaining dispatch records logs and operational reports
- Supporting monthend reporting and reconciliation activities
- Participating in process improvements and digitalization of dispatching workflows
- Supporting the planning of shiptoship transfers in close coordination with the logistics and operations teams
Requirements
We are looking for a reliable teamoriented candidate with a structured working style and technical interest:
Completed vocational training or technical education in logistics energy systems industrial operations or a comparable field
Practical experience in gas energy utilities or industrial dispatching/logistics is a strong advantage
Familiarity with dispatching procedures control room environments or terminal operations preferred
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfortable using digital tools (Excel dispatching software monitoring systems)
Good command of English (German is an asset)
Willingness to work in shifts on weekends or in rotating schedules if needed
High sense of responsibility accuracy and reliability
Big plus if you have experience and knowledge in REMIT
