Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Operations & Executive professional to join our team in Surat. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations particularly within the waste management industry. This role involves analyzing operational activities conducting field surveys and ensuring effective surveillance across various locations in Surat.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct field analysis of operational activities within Surat.
- Perform surveillance and site inspections to ensure compliance with company protocols.
- Assess government and public infrastructure for operational feasibility and reporting.
- Identify and report on work circumstances and challenges within assigned areas.
- Collaborate with the team to provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience and operational knowledge in the waste management industry is highly preferred.
- Must own a twowheeler (bike) and have a valid driving license.
- Comfortable with extensive traveling within Surat.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Good communication skills to interact with public and governmental entities.
