Position Assistant Manager
Salary: Upto 15 LPA
Exp: 5 years
Location: Bhayandar West Mumbai & Gurgaon
Notice period: Immeidate to 30 days joiners
Overview
The Lead Dot Net Developer is a critical position within our development team tasked with overseeing the design development and of robust software solutions using the .NET stack. This role involves not only coding and debugging but also mentoring junior developers and collaborating with various stakeholders to align technical capabilities with business objectives. The Lead Dot Net Developer is at the forefront of new projects and enhancements ensuring that the development practices are efficient and scalable. By providing technical leadership this position plays a vital role in driving quality and innovation while helping shape the technical roadmap of the organization. This individual must possess both strong technical acumen and excellent interpersonal skills to effectively guide the team through challenges and foster a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of software solutions using .NET technologies.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Collaborate with business analysts to gather and analyze user requirements.
- Write clean scalable and maintainable code in C#.
- Implement frontend and backend architecture for web applications.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and quality standards are met.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
- Develop and maintain APIs for seamless integration with other systems.
- Participate in project planning estimation and resource allocation.
- Utilize Agile methodologies to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Monitor performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Document development processes code changes and technical specifications.
- Test and deploy applications and systems.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET Framework.
- Experience with MVC and Core.
- Solid understanding of Web API and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with SQL Server or other relational databases.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML CSS and JavaScript.
- Experience with version control systems primarily Git.
- Proven experience in agile development environments.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Leadership experience in managing small development teams.
- Knowledge of DevOps practices is a plus.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g. Azure AWS) is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to rapidly changing technologies and processes.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to highquality code.
