Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary system administrator for one or more Veeva Vault applications (e.g. QualityDocs RIM eTMF PromoMats MedComms).
- Configure Vault objects fields page layouts workflows security roles and permissions.
- Manage user accounts groups profiles access rights and licensing.
- Perform regular system maintenance including updates patches and system health monitoring.
- Assist with Vault releases by evaluating new features regression testing and coordinating deployments.
- Gather and document business requirements for enhancements new functionalities and integrations.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Quality Regulatory Clinical Commercial IT) to deliver system solutions.
- Develop and maintain system documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs) work instructions and user guides.
- Train and support endusers providing system troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Ensure Vault solutions comply with regulatory standards such as GxP 21 CFR Part 11 and other applicable compliance frameworks.
- Participate in audits and inspections providing systemrelated documentation and support.
- Manage integrations between Vault and other enterprise systems (e.g. ERP CRM LMS).
- Continuously evaluate processes and suggest improvements to optimize system performance and usability.
