Mail Clerk
We are currently seeking two dynamic professionals for an onsite opportunity with our client in the insurance industry. This role plays a key part in the daytoday operations of a highvolume mail services department offering valuable exposure to various business units and strong potential for career growth within the organization.
What is in it for you:
Hourly salary of $17.20 based on experience.
6month contract.
Fulltime position: 37.50 hours per week.
Onsite Monday to Friday
Start times may be 7:30 am 8:00 am or 9:00 am depending on operational needs.

Responsibilities:
Receive sort and deliver all incoming mail and courier packages in a timely manner.
Ensure timely and accurate handling of all outgoing mail and courier destined to customers and advisors.
Distribute cheques contracts and statements accurately to both internal and external stakeholders.
Manage email inboxes responding to inquiries and completing scanning and print requests as required.
Investigate and resolve queries maintaining a strong standard of service.
Participate in ad hoc projects and provide support as needed.
Deliver excellent customer service to internal partners.
What you will need to succeed:
Previous experience in customer service or data entry.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work well in a teamoriented environment.
Excellent multitasking organizational and prioritization abilities in a fastpaced deadlinedriven setting.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills with the flexibility to manage shifting priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook Teams Word and Excel.
Demonstrated ability to adapt to fluctuating work volumes.
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and privacy compliance.
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role including lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Bilingual fluency in English and French to support clients in both languages is an asset.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
