Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Estate Planning with experience in taxable trust Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist the firm in all stages of personal injury cases from inception to settlement in the State of Idaho.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of Estate Planning and Taxable Trusts Sole practitioners welcome and encouraged to apply
Strong drafting of Estate Plans and Trusts and Elder law
Proven ability to meet deadlines and be well organized
Selfstarter and able to work independently

Pay: $75.00 $85.00 per hour
Expected hours: 11 20 per week
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
License/Certification:
- Idaho State Bar License (Required) a bonus if you have either a Bar licenses in Washington
