Set up tables buffets and service stations according to event specifications.
Greet guests and provide prompt courteous food and beverage service.
Serve plated meals pour beverages and assist with buffet lines.
Maintain the cleanliness of service areas during and after events.
Respond to guest needs and special requests professionally.
Work closely with kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure smooth service.
Break down and clean up event spaces after service is complete.
Follow all health and safety standards.
Communicate with team members and guests in both Insert Language and English.
Other duties as assigned by the Banquet Captain or Event Manager.
Qualifications:
Prior banquet or catering serving experience preferred but not required.
Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken; written a must).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Reliable punctual and able to work flexible hours.
Able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs.
Teamoriented with a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
