Job Objective
As a Recruitment Specialist/Coordinator you will lead fullcycle recruitment for the Treatment Planning Center Malaysia partnering with hiring managers to identify needs source and assess candidates and coordinate hiring processes. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and support a diverse workforce while delivering highquality talent to drive team growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent requirements analyze workforce needs and craft detailed job descriptions aligned with organizational goals.
- Proactively source and attract qualified candidates through a multichannel approach including job portals social media platforms professional networking events employee referrals and passive candidate outreach.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings initial phone/video interviews and competencybased assessments to evaluate candidates technical qualifications soft skills and cultural alignment with the company.
- Manage the endtoend interview coordination process including scheduling candidate communication and ensuring a seamless experience while adhering to local labor laws and diversity hiring guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize the applicant tracking updating candidate status in realtime generating recruitment reports and leveraging data to identify process improvements.
- Stay informed about market trends compensation benchmarks and hiring best practices; knowledge and practice of compensation and benefits (C&B) is a plus.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of specialized experience in fullcycle recruitment preferably in a fastpaced corporate or regional setting.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and engage candidates effectively.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Indepth understanding of Malaysian labor regulations employment laws.
- Adaptability: Proven ability to prioritize tasks manage competing demands and thrive in a dynamic deadlinedriven environment.
