Job Summary:


We are seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Sales Hunter (Senior Manager) to spearhead business development efforts within the HiTech/BFSI/Healthcare vertical. This role involves identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and driving revenue growth through innovative solutions tailored to the unique needs of HITECH/BFSI/ Healthcare accounts.


This role is responsible for growing net new business and new pipeline. Candidate must have a deep understanding of market & competition to develop appropriate winning sales strategies for Decision Minds offerings above supported by our strong technology practices in Snowflake Databricks Google BigQuery AI and Digital Engineering. Candidate must be able to apply the sales and solution expertise their own experience selling similar services/solutions often in conjunction with Partners.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Hitech/Healthcare/BFSI verticals.
    • Develop and execute strategic new logo plans to achieve sales targets.
    • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking.


  • Sales Strategy and :
    • Participate in the Business Plan and execute the strategy to expand the customer base in the assigned Geo/Vertical
    • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to design and present compelling proposals.
    • Lead negotiations and close highvalue deals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.


  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Establish and nurture longterm relationships with key stakeholders including CXOlevel executives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions.
    • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through exceptional service delivery.


  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Track and report on sales performance metrics leveraging CRM tools (Salesforce Zoho CRM or equivalent).
    • Provide insights and recommendations to optimize sales strategies.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering business Marketing or a related field.
  • 810 years of experience in business development or sales with a focus on the HiTech/Healthcare/BFSI vertical.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Highly motivated targetdriven and possess a strong desire to succeed.
    Strong understanding of the sales cycle client procurement processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication presentation and negotiation skills along with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Must have experience working in IT services/Solutions preferably in Data AI and Digital Engineering
  • Experience working with Technology BFSI and Healthcare and any existing good relationships will be an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with global IT delivery models and technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
  • Travel ready: For New Prospect/Client meetings across US
