Now Hiring: Licensed Special Education Teacher (LBS1
Position Type: FullTime
Location: Illinois Early Childhood Caseload
At Clarifi Staffing Solutions were seeking a compassionate and driven Special Education Instructor with LBS1 certification to join a dynamic educational team for theschool year. In this fulltime role you ll empower young learners with exceptional needs helping them reach academic and developmental milestones in a supportive and inclusive environment.
What You ll Do:
- Adapt curriculum and classroom materials to accommodate varying learning styles and developmental levels.
- Monitor student progress document outcomes and adjust strategies to optimize individual growth.
- Communicate regularly with families and stakeholders to foster trust and maintain alignment on student goals.
- Stay current with evolving best practices in special education through ongoing professional learning.
- Collaborate with general education teachers specialists families and administrators to ensure cohesive and effective support.
- Deliver personalized instruction aligned with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) designed to meet the specific strengths and needs of each student.
Requirements
Candidates should hold a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a related field and possess a valid Illinois teaching certification in Early Childhood Special Education. A solid understanding of early childhood development and effective behavior management strategies is essential. While prior experience working with children with disabilities in a preschool setting is preferred strong communication and teamwork skills are critical for collaborating with families and colleagues to support student success.
