Job Description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • Total hours: 40 hours per week or 8 hours per day
  • Monday Friday
  • 9:00 AM 6:00 PM Melbourne Australia time (or 7:00 AM 4:00 PM Manila time)
  • With 1 hour unpaid break in between

Client location or time zone: Melbourne VIC Australia AEST

This growing business combines traditional real estate expertise with modern technology to deliver exceptional service to property owners and tenants. With a strong focus on efficiency and quality this organization offers a stable professional environment where your contributions will have direct impact on business success.

Responsibilities:
  • General portfolio management (specific to tasks)
  • Prepare and process lease agreements for residential properties
  • Lease renewals and rental increases
  • Rent arrears management
  • Handle administrative documentation for property management operations
  • Update and maintain records in PropertyMe system
  • Follow up and manage entry condition report submissions
  • Compliance and Maintenance handling
  • Coordinate and organize routine property inspections
  • Communicate effectively with landlords and tenants addressing concerns promptly
  • Liaise with authorities and service providers as necessary.
  • Backoffice administrative role with no direct phone duties
  • Reports directly to the business owner
  • Manages the administrative aspects of 150 rental properties
  • Handles sensitive tenant and property data
  • Works within the Australian time zone (Melbournebased business)

Requirements

  • Experience with PropertyMe software (highly desired)
  • Previous property management industry experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • High level of discretion when handling confidential information
  • Proficiency in property management software systems
  • Strong documentation and process following capabilities
