Salary: PKR 70000 PKR 80000 per month

Role Overview:

Xircon Homes is seeking a highly articulate and insightful Offshore Client Relations & Research Specialist to be based in our Lahore office. This role combines proactive client engagement with indepth market research and analysis of house and land package opportunities within the Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for building rapport with potential clients understanding their needs and providing them with relevant market information gathered through direct communication with Melbournebased real estate agents developers and online research. This role demands exceptional verbal and written English communication skills strong analytical abilities meticulous organizational skills and the capacity to contribute significantly to the companys strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Qualification:

Proactively contact and engage with existing leads via phone calls emails and other communication channels to understand their Melbourne home building requirements budgets and timelines.

Articulate clearly and persuasively addressing client inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.

Build strong rapport with potential clients acting as the first point of contact and fostering positive relationships.

Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team in Australia based on gathered information and client readiness.

Melbourne Market Research & Data Collection:

Conduct thorough and ongoing research on the Melbourne house and land package market identifying available packages pricing trends land availability and new developments.

Proactively contact real estate agents developers and land brokers in Melbourne via email and phone to gather detailed information on current and upcoming house and land package offerings.

Monitor online real estate portals property listings and developer websites to identify potential opportunities and track market changes.

Stay informed about relevant market trends economic factors and government regulations impacting the Melbourne property market.



Requirements

  1. Experience: Minimum of 23 years of proven experience in customer service sales and research role.
  2. Education: Bachelors degree in English Literature Business Administration Economics Marketing or a related discipline from a highly reputable university.
  3. Language Proficiency: Native or nearnative fluency in English with exceptional written verbal and spoken communication skills including a demonstrated ability to communicate with a clear neutral Australian accent. Excellent grammar vocabulary and pronunciation are essential.
  4. Strong Email Writing Skills: Excellent command of written English with the ability to compose clear concise and professional emails for effective communication with international stakeholders.
  5. Communication & Intelligence: Ability to articulate clearly and persuasively both verbally and in writing. Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret market data and extract meaningful insights. Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning about the Melbourne property market.
  6. Research & Analytical Skills: Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to gather interpret and present complex information effectively.
