Schedule:

  • 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Pacific Time MondayFriday

  • Client Timezone: Pacific Time (PT)


Role overview

As a Customer Service & Appointment Coordinator youll be the vital first point of contact for customers seeking cooling and heating solutions in Southern California. This role combines customer service excellence with scheduling expertise where youll help customers solve their comfort needs while coordinating with our expert technical team. Youll receive comprehensive training on our industryleading software systems and processes with opportunities for performance bonuses and career growth. This position offers the perfect blend of problemsolving customer interaction and technical coordination in a supportive growthoriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist customers via phone with their heating and cooling needs

  • Guide customers through their service requests while gathering essential information

  • Schedule and coordinate service appointments using our advanced scheduling system

  • Provide accurate information about our services maintenance options and pricing

  • Maintain detailed customer records and service histories

  • Process service requests efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate with field technicians to optimize scheduling

  • Handle customer followup communications via email when needed

  • Manage appointment scheduling to maximize efficiency

  • Support customers through their entire service journey



Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills with a professional phone presence

  • Strong customer service orientation and problemsolving abilities

  • Basic computer proficiency including Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to learn and master our scheduling software

  • Detailoriented with strong organizational capabilities

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment

  • Comfortable working US Pacific Time hours 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PT)

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Previous customer service experience preferred

  • Ability to maintain composure in fastpaced environments
