Accurately process and manage payroll for 500 700 employees monthly.
Collect verify and reconcile employee timesheets and attendance data.
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
Maintain and update employee payroll records.
Prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.
Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Respond to employee queries regarding salaries deductions and taxrelated issues.
Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and payroll regulations.
Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll administration.
Proven experience handling highvolume payroll processing 500 employees).
Proficient in payroll software systems (please specify preferred systems if any).
Strong numerical and analytical skills.
High level of confidentiality and discretion.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A diploma or degree in HR Accounting or related field.
