Job Description



Job Title: Senior Payroll Administrator

Job Type: FullTime

Overview:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced Senior Payroll Administrator to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll processing excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage highvolume timesheet processing with ease. This is a critical role that requires reliability accuracy and a thorough understanding of payroll systems and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Accurately process and manage payroll for 500 700 employees monthly.

  • Collect verify and reconcile employee timesheets and attendance data.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and company policies.

  • Maintain and update employee payroll records.

  • Prepare payroll reports and resolve payroll discrepancies.

  • Liaise with HR and Finance departments to ensure smooth payroll operations.

  • Respond to employee queries regarding salaries deductions and taxrelated issues.

  • Keep up to date with changes in tax laws and payroll regulations.



Requirements


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in payroll administration.

  • Proven experience handling highvolume payroll processing 500 employees).

  • Proficient in payroll software systems (please specify preferred systems if any).

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.

  • High level of confidentiality and discretion.

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • A diploma or degree in HR Accounting or related field.

  • Advanced Excel skills.
