Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to strengthen market positioning and enhance customer engagement.
Conduct indepth market research to identify emerging trends consumer insights and competitive landscapes.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including marketing sales logistics and product development to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
Oversee the of brand campaigns across digital social media print and event marketing platforms.
Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels and marketing materials.
Analyze brand performance metrics refining strategies to optimize impact and effectiveness.
Partner with external agencies and vendors to implement key marketing initiatives.
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to uncover growth opportunities.
Contribute to the annual brand planning process shaping longterm strategic direction.
Work closely with the sales team to tailor brand strategies for specific clients and market segments.
Compile and analyze sales and distribution reports to inform decisionmaking.
Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field. A Master s degree is a plus.
3 years of experience in brand management marketing or a related role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing social media and brand positioning.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Experience with budget management and marketing analytics tools.
