Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a Spa Therapist for a prestigious luxury wilderness reserve located in the Western Cape. This position offers routine stability and the opportunity to be part of a taskfocused team working within a professional and detailoriented spa environment.
Position Overview:
Department: Spa
Reports To: Spa Manager
Location: Luxury wilderness reserve in the Western Cape
Work Cycle: 24 days on / 8 days off
Minimum Requirements:
International qualifications such as ITEC CIDESCO SAAHSP or CIBTEC
Minimum 1 year of experience in a 5star spa lodge hotel or cruise environment (graduates with relevant qualifications will also be considered)
Presentable and professional appearance with strong focus on hygiene and wellness
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Previous retail sales experience
Ability to deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massage skincare nails and waxing
Key Performance Objectives:
Perform professional spa treatments for both male and female guests according to established protocols
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through outstanding service personal connection and attention to detail
Maximize treatment and retail sales revenue by confidently upselling products and services
Maintain spa treatment rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness
Adhere to all health safety and emergency procedures in line with lodge protocols
Participate in training feedback sessions and development opportunities to maintain high service standards
Demonstrate a commitment to the lodge s mission values and sustainability goals
