Job Description
Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food & Beverage for a worldclass luxury hotel group based in the Seychelles. This is an incredible opportunity for a senior F&B professional to join a prestigious international property and lead the delivery of highend culinary and beverage experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the overall operations of all food and beverage outlets including restaurants bars inroom dining banqueting and events
Develop and implement strategic plans to ensure profitability and service excellence across all F&B departments
Drive innovation in menus and beverage offerings working closely with executive chefs and sommeliers
Maintain high standards of hygiene safety and compliance in all F&B operations
Recruit train and mentor the F&B management team and frontline staff to ensure consistent performance and service delivery
Monitor guest feedback and implement service improvements to ensure a worldclass guest experience
Oversee budgeting cost control and financial forecasting for the F&B department
Liaise with suppliers negotiate contracts and manage inventory levels
Collaborate with sales and marketing to drive F&B promotions events and packages
Ensure alignment of F&B operations with the overall brand vision and guest expectations
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a senior F&B leadership role preferably within a luxury resort or international hotel group
Strong background in highend dining and beverage operations
Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management Culinary Arts or a related field
Excellent leadership interpersonal and team development skills
Proven ability to manage budgets drive profitability and deliver exceptional guest service
Exceptional organizational and communication abilities
Culturally sensitive and adaptable to international environments
Fluent in English; knowledge of French or another language is an advantage
