Job Description
Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Sales Manager for a fabulous Dublin City Centre Hotel part of a Luxury collection.
As the Sales Manager you will work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to lead the Hotel sales efforts and drive growth in this highly coveted role. This is a oneyear maternity cover contract with the potential to extend further.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in senior sales roles within the 4 or 5 star market or highend hospitality
- A deep understanding of the Dublin market and a strong network of contacts
- A strategic mindset with a focus on growing key revenue streams
- Experience in collaborating with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experience
- Impeccable communication negotiation and relationshipbuilding skills
- Experience in working towards targets and meeting deadlines
This role will suit a seasoned business development executive looking to take the next step in their career or a hotel sales manager looking to expand their experience in Dublin.
The Package:
- 50000 salary plus 20 performance bonus
