Job Description
Job Summary:
We re looking for energetic and motivated individuals to join our Inside Sales team. If you re fluent in Hindi have a passion for tech and want to grow in B2B sales this is the perfect opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify B2B leads via calls emails and digital channels
- Explain IT hardware solutions to potential clients in Hindi and English
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with field sales for deal closures
- Meet monthly sales targets and update CRM
Requirements
- Graduate in any stream
- Freshers or up to 2 years of B2B sales experience
- Fluency in Hindi and English is a must
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Interest in IT sales
- Willingness to work from our Chennai office
