Job Description
Ophthalmologist Opportunity – Northern Indiana Region
A highly respected and communityrooted eye care clinic in Northern Indiana is seeking a skilled and motivated Ophthalmologist to join its growing team. Position Highlights
- Perform comprehensive exams and diagnose/treat a wide range of ocular diseases
- Execute surgical procedures including cataract refractive glaucoma surgeries and laser treatments
- Collaborate with a skilled team of optometrists ophthalmic techs and support staff
- Build longterm patient relationships with a focus on compassionate personalized care
- Participate in community engagement and educational outreach
What We’re Looking For
- MD or DO degree with completed ophthalmology residency
- Board certified or board eligible in ophthalmology
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Indiana
- Skilled in a broad range of surgical and medical eye care procedures
- Strong diagnostic acumen and clinical judgment
- Commitment to patientcentered care and practice growth
- Willingness to relocate to Northern Indiana and contribute to the local community
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary of $250000–$300000 with potential for additional earnings
