Role & responsibilities
Ø Generate leads from various channels and build a robust client pipeline.
Ø Conduct indepth market research to identify opportunities for business growth.
Ø Promote ChkdIn’s products/services to address and meet client objectives.
Ø Take ownership of client meetings product demos and followups.
Ø Build nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Ø Identify client needs and customize solutions to suit their requirements.
Ø Travel as needed for business development and client engagement.
Ø Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategies and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills
Ø Proven experience in the events industry (preferred: event automation or ticketing solutions).
Ø Strong command over spoken and written English; additional languages are a bonus.
Ø Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ø Knowledge of market trends and an understanding of event automation and hospitality.
Ø Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients.
Ø Strong organizational skills with a focus on time management and strategic planning.
Ø Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
