Job Overview
We are seeking anexperienced Pipe Welderto join our team. This role involvessetting up and operating advanced welding equipment performing highquality welds and ensuring compliance with specification standards. The ideal candidate isselfmotivated detailoriented and committed to delivering topquality work in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and operateadvanced welding equipmentfor various welding tasks.
Perform weld tests includingOpen Root 3G MIG/Flux Core and 6G TIG Root/Flux Fill on 2inch Schedule 160 pipe.
Identify and repair defective products while ensuring an acceptable repair appearance.
Troubleshoot welding issues to minimize s rework and equipment downtime.
Ensure all welding workmeets required specifications and highquality standards.
Followsafety protocolsand contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years experienceinpipe welding.
Proficiency inMIG Flux Core and TIG welding techniques.
Ability toread and interpret blueprints and welding specifications.
Strong troubleshooting skills toidentify and resolve welding defects.
Ability to successfully complete3G and 6G weld teststo industry standards.
Strongattention to detail and commitment to highquality workmanship.
Effectivecommunication and teamwork skills.
Selfmotivated with the ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
