CNC Machinist Lathe & Mill
Pay:$21$29 per hour (DOE)
Shift:MondayThursday 4:30 PM 3:00 AM
Location:Tulsa OK

Candidates must pass an onsite CNC test to qualify for this position.
Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilledCNC Machinist Lathe & Millfor a climatecontrolled facility in Tulsa. This role involves operating fusion and fintube machines setting up and securing parts and using precision measuring tools to ensure compliance with blueprints and specifications. Successful candidates must have experience troubleshooting and resolving operational or programming issues.
Key Responsibilities
Operate5axis Mazak Integrexwith turning capability.
Run CNC machines usingEIA (GM code NOT Mazatrol).
Set up two machines simultaneously requiring advanced machining skills.
Usemicrometers calipers and other precision measuring toolsto ensure accuracy.
Read and interpret blueprints symbols and tolerances.
Identify and select the correct material for each job.
Perform setup tasks including:
o Loading fixtures.
o Setting up and loading tools.
o Selecting and loading programs.
o Setting work coordinates.
o Adjusting offsets and verifying firstpart accuracy.
Ensure production meets assigned run times.
Job Requirements
Must own or be willing to purchasea minimum set of toolsand alocking toolbox.
Minimum 1 year of experienceoperating CNC Lathe Vertical Mill and Manual Lathe.
Consistentproven work historyin CNC machining.
Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve machine operation issues.
Physical Requirements
Must be able tostand bend squat and climbfor 95 of the shift while operating machinery.
Ability tolift and move parts up to 50 lbs.
Use of lifting devices when possible though some parts may require manual handling due to confined workspaces.
