As a Solutions Engineer at Authenticx you will be a critical technical and strategic partner to our sales and product teams ensuring prospects and customers understand the power and value of our platform. This role requires a balance of technical expertise storytelling ability and customercentric problemsolving. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs craft compelling demonstrations and design technical solutions that drive business impact.
You will also play a key role in improving Authenticxs overall solution by capturing technical requirements from the market and providing insights to our Product team for continued evolution and enhancement of the platform.
What Youll Do
Lead technical discovery to understand customer pain points and align Authenticxs platform capabilities with their needs.
Deliver compelling demonstrations and presentations showcasing Authenticxs value proposition ROI and integration capabilities.
Collaborate with Sales & Product teams to develop customercentric solutions that address industryspecific challenges.
Scope and define technical integrations ensuring seamless implementation of Authenticx within customer environments.
Support onboarding and postsales success ensuring customers maximize the value of Authenticxs platform.
Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain expertise in healthcare software APIs integration platforms and competitive intelligence.
Contribute to the product roadmap by translating customer feedback into actionable insights for the Product Innovation team.
Qualifications :
What Were Looking For
5 years of experience as a Solutions Engineer Sales Engineer or in a similar technical presales role in a B2B SaaS environment.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related technical field (advanced technical degrees are a plus).
Strong technical acumen with experience in software integrations APIs and complex ecosystems.
Ability to configure software and build connected demos using JSON XML and public APIs.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Proven ability to solve complex problems creatively and translate business challenges into effective technical solutions.
Experience working in healthcare technology is a plus with knowledge of industryspecific integrations and regulatory requirements.
