We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer Civil to join our growing team in Brisbane. In this exciting position you will play a pivotal role monitoring and driving the performance of projects to successfully meet client commitments and foster strong relationships. With the support of over 430 experts nationally this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our highprofile land development projects and enhance client advocacy and confidence.
Specifically:
- Lead and manage largescale land development projects from concept to completion.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Oversee financial performance ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Identify and target new business opportunities to generate revenue and drive growth.

Qualifications :
- Proven experience planning and managing projects through involvement in all stages of project delivery
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
- Experience budgeting commercial acumen and risk management
- High level industry awareness and engagement
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- REPQ certification desirable
