Job Description
We are currently seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our growing team in Cincinnati OH. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing professional and timely assistance to clients handling inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and in person
Assist customers with orders returns and general service questions
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and ensure customer needs are met
Monitor and follow up on pending customer requests
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes
Support other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Previous experience in customer service or support role
Strong communication and problemsolving skills
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Detailoriented and organized
