Job Description
Are you a dynamic peoplefocused leader with experience managing multisite operations Do you thrive in fastpaced purposedriven environments Abano Healthcare is on the lookout for a Regional Operations Manager to lead a portfolio of dental practices across the region and help shape the future of healthcare delivery in Australia and New Zealand.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Lead and support a group of dental practices within the NSW region to deliver strong commercial and clinical outcomes
- Coach mentor and develop Practice Managers and clinical teams
- Drive operational excellence workforce planning and performance improvements
- Partner closely with clinical and corporate functions to ensure aligned highquality care delivery
- Contribute to national initiatives and support the of strategic goals
Qualifications :
- Proven experience managing multisite operations (ideally within Dental Healthcare Retail or Hospitality)
- A strong people leader who builds trust and delivers results
- Commercial acumen with a passion for continuous improvement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while staying focused on what matters most
