Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a motivated Intern for Yield Management in Manufacturing Engineering to join our team in Pasir Gudang Malaysia. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain handson experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and improving production efficiency.
- Assist in analyzing production data to identify areas for yield improvement
- Support the development and implementation of yield enhancement strategies
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimize manufacturing processes
- Participate in data collection and analysis using statistical tools and software
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and projects
- Help create and maintain documentation related to yield management activities
Qualifications :
REQUIRED
- Currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and yield management concepts
- Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced manufacturing environment
SKILLS
- Proficiency in data analysis and statistical software (e.g. Excel Minitab)
- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
