The Financial Analyst III will provide strong support to the Sr. Manager of Finance to help ensure
company financial objectives are met.
Leads in the preparation and presentation of budgets forecasts and reporting of results to include AOP creation actual analysis variance reporting overhead rate analysis working capital analysis and other financial projects as assigned by management.
High visibility role includes deliverables to CSuite executives.
Advanced technical and communication skills are a must.
Qualifications :
Responsibilities and Tasks:
Accountability for analysis reporting forecasting and communication of quarterly/monthly financial results: P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow. This involves budgets estimates strategic plans and monthly/quarterly comparative analysis
Orchestrate the budget (Annual Operating Plan) development process
Keep abreast of the latest systems and philosophies related to financial management information systems leveraging the SRC financial reporting system (a.k.a. Business Objects Budgeting/Reporting).Participate in developing recommendations and implementing appropriate changes
Own the reliability timeliness and accuracy of financial forecasting
Support special projects primarily in the area of process improvement documentation and automation
Assist in the development strategic and operational objectives
Prepare and coordinate ad hoc financial analysis particularly in the area of process improvement
Establish monitor and communicate performance metrics in support of initiatives
Become a trusted business partner to corporate and site leadership through advice and counsel supporting valuebased decision making

Education Experience & License or Certification:
Masters degree is preferred
Bachelors degree is required
Specific Degree Field Required: Accounting or Finance related
510 years of functional (using skill set) experience is required
Entry level management experience is required
13 years of industry experience is required
Training Prerequisites (Within One Year of Taking Position):
ESD
Safety Training as dictated by Safety Department
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to analyze problems & provide innovative solutions
Knowledge of accounting procedures & analytical / planning techniques & methods
Strong MS Office skills (Excel PowerPoint)
Must possess high standards of ethics and integrity
Excellent written and verbal communications skills to communicate with all levels of staff
Strong relationship building skills
Bachelors degree in business Accounting or Finance from an accredited college/university
Prefer 13 years progressive financial experience in a manufacturing environment
Travel/Physical Requirements:
Position may require up to 10 travel
