Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Representative for Facial Aesthetics and Body Contouring will drive sales growth and market penetration within the assigned territory. This role involves consultative selling relationship building and of strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.

This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to the growth of innovative aesthetic solutions while fostering meaningful relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

Sales :

  • Meet or exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct regular sales calls with prospective and existing customers.
  • Present specialized sales pitches using professional negotiation skills.

 

Market Insights:

  • Monitor market conditions competitive activities and customer behavior.
  • Report findings to management to refine strategies.

 

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs) clinics and aesthetic centers.
  • Provide technical expertise on products and procedures.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing medical affairs and other team members to implement promotional campaigns effectively.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records submit timely reports and manage field resources efficiently.

Qualifications :

Qualifications
    Bachelors degree in science pharmacy or a medicalrelated field (higher qualifications in marketing preferred).
    35 years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical or aesthetic industry.
    Knowledge of healthcare/pharmaceutical industry practices.

Skills
    Strong presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
    Proven problemsolving and consultative selling abilities.
    Experience in budget management and marketing plan .
    Proficiency in software tools like Excel Word and PowerPoint.

Additional Requirements
    Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
    Valid drivers license.
    Selfmotivated with the ability to work independently.
