Job Description

Shape the Future at AbbVie Oncology

AbbVie Oncology is committed to advancing patient care and we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team. As we are preparing to launch our first solid tumor treatment for ovarian cancer were looking for a passionate Product Specialist excited to make a difference and bring new hope to patients.

 

Mission

  • Brand Strategy : Collaborate with Brand and InField Teams to implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Healthcare Collaboration: Build and maintain meaningful relationships with healthcare providers to support patientfocused treatment plans.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve sales targets and brand key performance indicators (KPIs) leveraging multiple communication channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver highquality sales performance and customer interactions.
  • Proactively understand customers needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Understand the patient journey within the hospital and patient care around in a multistakeholders environment
  • Develop and follow a strategic call plan to optimize customer engagement.
  • Share market intelligence with teams to stay aligned and proactive in responses to market changes.
  • Build AbbVies brand value among healthcare providers and key opinion leaders.
  • Adhere to all AbbVies compliance ethical and legal guidelines and ensure timely completion of all assigned training and reporting.

 


Qualifications :

Skills & Competencies

  • Cultural Fit: Embrace AbbVies core values and adapt to diverse environments.
  • Curiosity Mindset: Be eager to explore and learn about the evolving patient care landscape.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of sales market dynamics and digital tools.
  • Experience: Experience in Solid Tumor is required. Experience in Sales is a nice to have.
  • Languages: Fluent in Dutch; proficient in English.
