- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and consistency across financial records.
- Maintain and update financial data promptly ensuring completeness and accuracy within the ERP system.
- Review and verify daily journal entries submitted by the Financial Associate to maintain proper financial documentation.
- Process VAT on sales and purchase transactions in compliance with applicable tax regulations using the ERP system.
- Reconcile vendor and customer accounts investigate discrepancies and communicate financial status to clients when needed.
- Conduct virtual meetings with clients to discuss financial matters and provide support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries offering clear guidance and resolution.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in accounting or finance is required.
- 3 years of accounting experience.
- Fluent English level.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel.
- Working knowledge of IFRS.
- ERP Experience.
