JOB SUMMARY
As a SaaS Salesperson youll be on the front lines of our growth identifying nurturing and closing new business opportunities with real estate professionals nationwide. Youll use your understanding of the SaaS sales cycle and the real estate space to engage potential clients guide them through product demos and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect qualify and engage potential clients through inbound leads outbound outreach and referral networks.
- Conduct compelling product demos tailored to each prospects business needs and pain points.
- Build strong relationships with real estate brokers and investors to foster trust and longterm engagement.
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging outreach strategies and lead generation tactics.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to contract signing and onboarding handoff.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activity pipeline status and client communications in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Stay up to date on product developments industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Identify upsell opportunities and work crossfunctionally to drive client growth and retention.
- Represent the company with professionalism and authenticity at virtual or inperson events including potential mastermind sessions and conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2 years of experience in SaaS sales ideally in B2B or real estate tech
- Demonstrated success hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions
- Familiarity with Salesforce (as a CRM or as a platform) is a strong plus
- High level of personal accountability and a selfstarter mentality
- Adaptable and able to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across time zones
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing deals independently
- Passion for technology sales and delivering value to clients
- Comfortable working fully remote and collaborating with distributed teams
