Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organizations objectives and culture.
- Oversee employee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
- Manage talent management initiatives to attract and retain top talent.
- Establish and maintain effective performance management systems.
- Provide guidance on labor relations and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Collaborate with management to identify HR needs and create solutions that promote a positive work environment.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decisionmaking and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Lead HR projects and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of human resource fundamentals including employee onboarding human resource strategy and performance management.
- Proficient understanding of labor relations and labor laws within Canada.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management and strategic planning.
Desired Experience
- A minimum of 26 years of professional experience in Human Resources particularly in senior roles.
- Experience working within the entertainment or media industry is an asset.
- Track record of successful HR strategy implementation in a large organization.
Salary & Benefits
Salary: CAD $30000 $50000 per hour
