Join our team

The Central Fill Pharmacy team in Richmond Hill is growing! We are seeking a full time Central Fill Pharmacist to work onsite. We prefer someone who is available to work rotating day and evening shifts.

Our team focuses on chronic disease management medication adherence clinical dialogue drug fulfillment accuracy and strategic planning. Youre an energetic team player with the ability to swiftly adapt to changing environments. You display clinical confidence and pharmacy acumen and can apply your experience to provide valuable business insights. You will partner with senior leaders and healthcare stakeholders and provide input for transformational initiatives such as streamlining the exchange of information from doctors to pharmacies or improving transparency in drug coverage for patients. Youll be part of a team that will lead the digital pharmacy industry.

What youll do

  • Complete pharmacist duties and verifications as part of daily fulfillment requirements using Kroll paperless workflow
  • Perform patient counseling duties
  • Prescription record management
  • Workflow management to meet daily business needs and operational effectiveness
  • Assess and assist with other pharmacy/business duties when required
  • Assist with brand awareness through collaboration with Plan Sponsors
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge of pharmacist duties
  • Work with key team members to provide business insights to develop transformative initiatives

Qualifications

What you bring

  • Honours Baccalaureate degree in Pharmacy
  • Licensed and in good standing with Ontario College of Pharmacists
  • Necessary liability insurance to practice pharmacy
  • Clinical confidence
  • Strong patient communication skills
  • Solid understanding of TELUS Health Kroll Pharmacy Management Software
  • Technologically savvy
