Duties & Responsibilities

- Oversee full finance function: budgeting forecasting compliance and risk
- Present strategic financial insights at Board level
- Drive business performance in partnership with CSuite
- Lead HR function including people strategy and negotiation oversight
- Ensure sound corporate governance and sustainable financial practices
- Influence and support decisionmaking across the organization
Experience and Skills Required
- CA(SA) qualification
- Minimum 2 years experience in a CFO or FD role
- Proven Board Reporting and executivelevel communication skills
- Experience within a productdriven environment (not Financial Services)
- Strong leadership in Finance HR and operational strategy
- Skilled in negotiations stakeholder engagement and compliance
- Passion for performance empowerment and excellence
