The London Dungeon and Shreks Adventure! London are currently recruiting for Admissions Hosts to join our outgoing selfmotivated sales and customer service focused team as we gear up for the busy peak season. Working across both landmark attractions you will be interacting with our guests either on their journey to Far Far Away to find Shrek or on their way to Traitors Gate to have their heads chopped off! (just a little different ey!.
About the role
Operating from the busy heart of Londons South Bank you will be advertising our exciting attractions to potential visitors who pass by our front steps. You will certainly need to be vocal about our offers!
You will have the opportunity to tailor a guests perfect visit to Merlins London tourist attractions ensuring they have a memorable and rewarding experience. Not only this but you will be batching groups of excited guests into our shows looking after queue lines and ensuring the flow into the attractions runs as smoothly as possible.
You will be the face of the attractions and our guests first point of contact so you will have the opportunity to interact entertain and create magic memories all whilst providing the very best customer service.
This is a 6 month fixedterm role to help support with our peak period with a minimum of 25 guaranteed hours per week for grabs. Our attractions are open daily so full availability is needed and youll be expected to work your fair share of weekdays weekends and peak season/school holiday dates too.

Qualifications & Experience
- Youll have the confidence to engage and interact with thousands of visitors and passersby each day giving world class customer service and up selling our offers.
- Youll be used to working in a highpressure environment preferably from within the entertainments industry but wherever your previous experience lies full training will be given.
- Youll understand the importance of exceeding KPIs and targets and driving revenue through utilising excellent sales skills as well as making sure that you are working within health safety and standard operating procedures at all times.
- We are a very closeknit team here and so we need team players that are happy to help others as well as working independently.
- Ultimately were looking for someone who is willing to go above and beyond to help deliver unforgettable experiences that our iconic attractions deserve.
