MISSION


As Sales Manager France you will report to the Regional Sales Director and oversee EMS Dental sales operations nationally. You will lead the French sales team manage commercial partnerships with dealers and implement the national sales strategy to grow our market share. You will be accountable for sales performance people management and strengthening EMSs market presence across France.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES


Sales Strategy & Business Development

  • Define and execute the national sales plan for France in line with EMS global strategy.
  • Drive business growth by identifying market opportunities and building longterm client and dealer relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and commercial discussions with strategic accounts and distribution partners.

Team Leadership

  • Lead coach and support the French sales team (including GBT Experts and coordinators).
  • Monitor team performance against sales targets and provide guidance to ensure achievement of KPIs.
  • Promote a collaborative and empowering team culture encouraging professional development.

Dealer & Channel Management

  • Manage and develop relationships with national dealers and distribution partners.
  • Ensure regular followups alignment with EMS objectives and motivation of dealer sales forces.
  • Conduct joint field visits and trainings to support dealer performance and loyalty.

Field & Customer Support

  • Visit key customers clinics and opinion leaders across France to promote EMS solutions.
  • Support product demonstrations and clinical onboarding in partnership with the Swiss Dental Academy.
  • Ensure that customer needs are identified and translated into sales opportunities.

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Provide regular reporting on sales activity forecast pipeline and competition.
  • Collaborate with HQ departments (Marketing Education After Sales) for regional alignment.


EDUCATION & PERSONAL SKILLS

  • Bachelors degree in business Sales Dental / Medical Technology or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial or sales roles ideally in the dental or medical device industry.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to coach and motivate teams toward success.
  • Strong knowledge of B2B sales processes and dealer/channel management.
  • Strategic thinking and entrepreneurial mindset combined with operational drive.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and digital reporting systems.
  • Fluent in French (native or equivalent) and proficient in English (business level).
  • Willingness to travel frequently across France.
  • Valid drivers license required.
