Increase the sales pipeline and prospects by developing sales positioning presentations and proposals that resonate with the buying audience
Create product collateral such as sales sheets and customerfacing presentations that informs and wins audiences to deliver meaningful revenue
Enable sales SEs partners to sell by building effective sales tools and training materials such as slide decks and competitive positioning
Author original content that will be used by the marketing team to create external facing material such as whitepapers videos blog posts
Develop the competitive comparison guide for use in positioning against similar offerings from other organizations
Provide market and buyer insights to drive the development of campaign strategies including demand creation and reputation building
Develop customer references testimonials and case studies for external and internal use
Drive product adoption and upsell/crosssell strategies
Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
Conduct win/loss interviews and perform ongoing analysis to determine the level of customer product adoption and provide feedback to the product team
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelors Degree Marketing Business Communications or relevant field of study such as Computer Science (Required)
7 years of experience in adtech delivering successful holistic product marketing content sales strategy and collateral that can be tied to increased business revenue
Advertising Agency experience is a plus
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
Deep Understanding of the Advertising Industry: Extensive knowledge of advertising trends technologies and best practices to effectively drive marketing strategies
Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data sales metrics and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts
Relationship Building: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders including product sales and marketing teams
Exceptional Storytelling Skills: Proficiency in crafting compelling narratives that effectively communicate the companys value proposition and engage customers
Experience in the AdTech Space: Demonstrated experience working within the adtech industry with a solid understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities
Innovative Approach: Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to think outside the box to develop innovative sales strategies and solutions
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively
Project Management: Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously and deliver results on time
Customer Focus: A customercentric mindset with the ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and preferences
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities maintaining effectiveness in a fastpaced environment
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidates actual pay will be based on various factors such as work location qualifications and experience so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.
At TMobile employees in regular nontemporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a yearend bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employees eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
