Job Title: Innovation Project Manager

About the role
Are you energised by big ideas and bold possibilities Join us as an Innovation Project Manager and play a key role in shaping the future at BSI.
Based out of our Chiswick office on a hybrid basis this role sits at the heart of our Group Innovation team. Were looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity brings structure to complexity and is passionate about turning great ideas into highvalue realworld solutions.
Youll lead some of our most complex innovation projectspartnering closely with divisions and group functionswhile also championing best practice project management across our innovation pipeline. This role blends creativity with rigour requiring both an experimental mindset and strong project leadership to explore market opportunities test feasibility and align with business and customer needs.

Responsibilities:
Lead the delivery of key innovation projectsfrom scoping to executionensuring clear plans milestones and resource alignment.
Inspire and guide crossfunctional teams to deliver outcomes in fastpaced evolving environments.
Promote and embed project management tools frameworks and best practices across the Innovation team.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to align innovation initiatives with strategy customer needs and market opportunities.
Champion an experimental mindsetsupporting teams to test learn and adapt quickly.
Support datadriven decision making through effective tracking reporting and stakeholder engagement.
To be successful in the role you will have:
A strong track record in complex project management
Experience navigating ambiguity and driving innovation
Confident stakeholder engagement and clear communication
