Job Description
NY Kids Club & NY Preschool is inspiring todays children to succeed in tomorrows world with our love for play and were looking for a Summer Camp Associate to join our growing team!
Our mission is to instill a lifelong love of learning with our engaging curriculum taught in a safe dynamic and supportive environment and designed to enrich every child throughout their educational journey.

Heres what a Summer Camp Associates day looks like:
- Safety is our number one pillar! Ensure each students health and safety at all times through adherence to our daily protocols.
- Teach an exciting array of camp and enrichmentbased classes for children ages 26 years. These ageappropriate programs range from sports dance STEAM and more!
- Bring our unique creative and original curriculum to life while meeting the needs of each student.
- Support each student in their social emotional cognitive and physical growth by learning through play in a positive and caring way.
- Engage daily with parents and caregivers sharing your classrooms daytoday activities.

This job is for you if:
- Are available from June through the end of August (with the opportunity to extend into the school year for all local and qualified candidates)
- Have a High School Diploma/GED (required); Associates or Bachelors preferred
- Hold 2 years of teaching preschool camp or enrichment classes with children ages 26 years
- Are wellspoken and comfortable speaking with parents and caregivers
- Are a lifelong learner!
- Have 8am1pm 1pm6pm OR 8:30am6pm Availability
The pay rate for this role is $20.00/hour

Physical Demands:
The role involves standing walking sitting constant movement and occasional climbing. The ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds is required. Specific sensory abilities include close vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and adjustment of focus.
