Brief Description
A wellestablished FMCG in Cape Town would like to appoint an experienced company secretary to assist the Group Company Secretary. The position provides the opportunity to guide the business align strategic initiatives and play an important role alongside Senior management of the subsidiary companies. Utilise your extensive Legal experience and qualification at being the best at planning collating board packs maintain the database drafting and formulating resolutions.

Duties & Responsibilities


Job Description:
Coordinate all board meetings
Prepare board packs
Work closely with the Head of Legal
Assist with subsidiary companies
Corporate governance
Director induction
Shareholder resolution
Liaise with JSE Sponsors and Transfer stakeholders

Skills & Experience:
JSA Regulations
Companies Act
King IV Act
Min 5 years Legal experience

Qualification:
LLB Degree
