Your tasks
- Be the first point of contact for advertisers guiding them through our Selfservice platform.
- Support and troubleshoot campaign setup creative approvals and technical challenges.
- Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth start with RTL AdManager.
- Gather client feedback and turn insights into action.
- Work with sales ad operations and developers to refine and expand our offerings.
- Explore platform data to spot trends and opportunities.
Your profile
- Passion for advertising and digital platforms.
- A clientfirst mindset with strong communication skills
- Analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problemsolving
- Fluency in English (bonus points for German or French)
- An entrepreneurial spirit
- High digital affinity
